Two bedroom self catering cottage very suitable for a family, sleeps a maximum of five. Excellent position to walk to the beach, train, hospital, restaurants and cinemas. All linen and towels supplied. Bring your own food supplies. This 1920s original air-conditioned cottage is loaded with character, large bedrooms, high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one queen size bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The couch can be also made into bed if necessary.

Cancellation / Booking Policy
Provider which reads as follows; 15% of the total tariff is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Cancelling within 7 days prior to arrival date 50% refund. Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival or "no show" the full amount is non refundable. Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
