| Recently named one of the top 44 Indian eateries in the world by Rave SQ magazine, Roti Boti lives up to its many accolades without losing the friendly family-owned atmosphere. The sumptuous mango chicken dish receives regular applause as do the tangy mint tandoori prawns, prepared by internationally qualified chef, Ajab Singh Rawat, who has spent 35 years in the kitchens of Sheraton, Oberoi, Le Meridian and other five star hotels perfecting his knowledge of Indian cuisine.
Outdoor seating is available on Hampton Street to cool off from curry tingles, but it is the deep red and brown furnishings, antique sculptures, stunning leadlight feature windows and gilt-framed paintings that perfect the setting for the rich cuisine like the barra kebab, with lamp chops tenderly marinated and basted to perfection. As with most Indian restaurants, vegetarians will be delighted to find a huge range of meat-free options such as navratan korma (fresh vegetables cooked in a mild and creamy almond sauce) with kabuli naan - white flour bread stuffed with raisins, nuts and coconut.
