| An old-school steakhouse to the core, Squires Loft blends its meaty menu with an even heartier interior. Decked with wooden panels and matching timber furniture, its walls are flanked with pictures of rugged outdoor terrains and dusty bottles of whiskey. In one corner, a small wine holder stands next to a shelf full of roughly cut logs, adding to its flagrantly rustic charm. The menu is unsurprisingly short and to the point, offering a range of chops, ribs, bones and fillets topped with a choice of seven sauces. Mains start at $16 with a 1kg serving of pork spare ribs tipping the budget at $42. Now that's a real Texan mouthful.
