La Perouse Suite 1 - Open the French doors onto your own private balcony and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. There is a King or two single beds in Suite 1 and all linen is provided. The ensuite contains a shower. The room is furnished with two cane chairs and a table and equipped with a TV video, gas fire and electric heating.

La Perouse 3 - French doors open onto your own balcony with garden views. The bed is queen size and all linen is provided. The ensuite contains a corner bath. The room is furnished with two cane chairs and a table and equipped with a TV video, gas fire and electric heating.

La Perouse 4 - Perfect for lovers, romance, honeymoons, a private and luxurious retreat. La Perouse 4 contains a queen size bed. The room is furnished with two cane chairs and a table and equipped with a TV video. Facilities provided include a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A beautiful open log fire provides perfect ambience, central gas heating and air conditioning ensure your warmth and comfort.

Cancellation / Booking Policy
The booking payment is refundable less $50 administration fee if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival date. If less than 30 days to arrival date the payment is refunded less cancellation fee ($50.00) only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking again. If not rebooked the deposit/payment is forfeited. If the dates canceled fall on a weekend, long weekend, public holiday or during peak holiday period and the booking is not rebooked, then La Perouse B&B retains the right to decline a refund. On all other dates the booking payment made can be applied to another time.
