Located in the Frankston Lifesaving Club, Waves On The Beach delivers these sensations from its privileged position on Frankston Beach, overlooking the beautiful Port Phillip Bay from its bright and elegant dining room and balcony. But there's more to Waves than just the, well, waves. The modern international menu encompasses a diverse array of flavours and influences, such as mod-Oz seafood like the barbecued fisherman's catch, Mediterranean-style pastas and risottos, and pan-Asian bites like seafood and meat dumplings. Separate menus are even available for coeliacs and vegetarians, so no-one gets left out of the fun.
