Cancellation / Booking Policy
Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator Cancellations of more than 21days prior to arrival full refund of tariff less 10% booking fee. br>Cancellations made 7-21 days prior to arrival 50% of the tariff is refunded. br>Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival NO refund. However we encourage a rescheduling of the booking to be used within 6 months.
