This newly renovated, spacious and light filled retreat sits high on a hillside in 5 acres of historic gardens which adjoin the famous gardens of Cloudehill.  

Lunch or afternoon tea can be enjoyed at Chatterleys which is found in the Cloudehill gardens - complimentary entry to Cloudehill is through Woolrich's garden paths which then leads to Cloudehill and on to the indulgences and delights of the nursery and tea room.

Woolrich offers 2 beautiful bedrooms each with its own ensuite dressing room and bathroom with oval baths and Art Deco leadlight windows and mirrors.  Between the 2 bathrooms is a beautiful tiled spa room overlooking the trees and gardens and with a glass ceiling over the top - ready for star gazing at night.   Beautiful linen, towels and toiletries are part of the indulgence here!

The spacious lounge room offers an open log fire, comfortable lounge setting, TV/DVD, a selection of DVDs and music, books and magazines allow guests to lounge peacefully.  At the end of the lounge a huge bay window with antique dining setting overlooks the gardens - wonderful!

The kitchen is a dream of granite bench tops, Miele appliances, a fully stocked pantry and a freezer full of restaurant prepared meals, Yarra Valley wines, antique pine dresser, French farmhouse sink. A pair of Art Deco leadlight doors lead out to the spacious deck which overlooks the mountain ranges and gorgeous gardens.   A barbeque is available for guest use of course.

This is a perfect venue - a retreat for two, to write a story, run away with a loved one, sample the total delights of the Dandenongs with friends. Perhaps  have a small wedding - or corporate meeting!
