Located in central Lorne directly opposite the beach, Phoenix apartments are walking distance of all shops and restaurants. The apartments surround a fully licensed garden courtyard, which provides protection from street noise and traffic.

A coffee machine operates all day in reception, making coffee for guests, either in their apartments or at tables and chairs in the garden. All apartments feature spacious modern interiors with polished floorboards and rugs, hand crafted furniture and reflect the owners' love of modern Greek minimalism.

The apartments have well appointed fully equipped stainless steel kitchens with fridge/freezer, oven and cook top, microwave and complimentary provisions for cooking your own breakfast. The pantry contains basics such as olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, ground coffee, tea, jams to get you started.

All accommodation is fully self contained with linen and towels provided. All rooms have televisions/VCR and movies are available at no charge from reception. Off street parking spaces are provided at the rear of the apartments and are accessed from Argyle Lane.

Laundry facilities are available for guest's use, and a newspaper is delivered to rooms in the morning.

Phoenix Apartments offers two different types of accommodation

Studio apartments which feature combined living/sleeping area with queen size bed, a separate bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Studios have large sliding glass door opening onto individual private patios.

 Large apartments feature a balcony with ocean views, spacious living area, separate bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with deep bath and fully equipped kitchen.

These apartments have an extra double bed which folds away into a cupboard in the living area to accommodate extra guests or children if needed.
