The surroundings are elegant and refined yet the prices are very reasonable, and the food is tasty and hot. It's always bustling with customers at Thai Saffron who are impressed with the modern bistro-style decor and the aromatic dishes. The house special, Thai saffron soup, is a gorgeous broth chock full of barramundi fillets and stained with saffron. The restaurant makes its own curry pastes, which makes all the difference. The menu is mainly Thai, with a few Western influences thrown in. The wine list is limited so you may wish to BYO.
