Friday 23rd October until Tuesday 3rd November 2010 - The High Country Festival & Spring Arts The High Country Festival is held over 12 days leading up to & including the Melbourne Cup Weekend. The festival provides scope for artists & performers, community groups & history addicts to create & discover new ways to enjoy the High Country. Traditional events such as the Grand Parade, Fireworks Extravaganza, Spring Arts Walk & the Picnic Races will be complimented by a program full of new events each year.
