| Lotus Bar and Lounge occupies an enormous barn-like space comprising a central bar, dance floor and numerous mezzanine levels, suspended private function rooms and a sit-down dining experience. With club nights and DJs from Wednesday to Sunday, the entire venue has a definite Mediterranean ambience, reflected in the modern menu selections of chef Roger Baruch. Dishes range from Greek and Italian salads, pastas, seafood and risottos to wok-tossed beef and chow mein noodles, Asian greens and spicy plum sauce. For dessert, try the blueberry pannacotta or vanilla bean creme brulee with almond crustoli. As well as a strong wine list and signature cocktails, Lotus offers specialist catering and an exciting tapas menu with tempters such as lamb kofte with babaganoush, feta, sundried tomato and pea risotto balls or bloody mary oyster shooters.
