A 3 bedroom self-contained beach house, walking distance to the Rye beach and all shops including Safeway. Also self contained flat available for extra family members if required at an extra fee.

Weeroona Sands is a Beach House with plenty of room for a family holiday. It is walking distance to the Rye front beach and Rye shops (including Safeway) and only a short drive to the Rye back beaches.

"Weeroona Sands" has 3 large bedrooms, large open living area and a bathroom with a spa bath. There is a balcony that overlooks a large front garden and out the back is a large undercover outdoor living area, where a family BBQ can be held on those hot summer days and the rainy ones that occur as well. There is a table tennis table for family entertainment and a library of DVD's, Videos and books.

The property has ample boat parking. The house is equipped with a high chair and portacot.

"Weeroona Sands " is close to many attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. Whether your holiday is to explore the beachs, wineries, National Parks, restaurants and cafes or just to laze around, "WeeroonaSands" is close to it all.

Cancellation / Booking Policy
Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing. Cancellations of confirmed bookings (ie where payment has been made) will attract a AUD$25.00 (incl. GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee as set out as follows: If cancellation occurs before 14 days of your arrival a full refund will be returned. If cancellation occurs before 7 days and 14 days of your arrival a 50% refund will be returned. From 7 days before and up until your arrival there will be no refund. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Abuse of this condition may result in termination of the tenancy agreement. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments and the termination of your booking. Damage Breakages Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for any personal injury incurred by persons whilst staying on the property. Departure - the property should be left in a same state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 am by the latest to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Disturbance to our neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Linen is to be supplied by the tenant unless requested at an additional cost. Pets are strictly not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the buildings including the balcony region.
