| This Japanese cafe occupies a long narrow space with plain black tables and chairs. These minimalist furnishings aside, there is plenty to look at with walls hung with bamboo lattice, calligraphy-style paintings and an enormous abstract mural of a bustling streetscape. The open kitchen exposes the brisk movements of the chefs to ogling diners. The menu features a small selection of sushi and sashimi but (as advertised by the name) the menu is dominated by teppanyaki, with many varieties available. Those looking for something completely different ought to try the signature Japanese pizza. Chef: Dong Huang |
