Set on 7 rural acres at the top of Arthurs Seat overlooking the hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula.

The Gazebo offers 7 standard/double, 1 queen and 2 family motel style rooms, with options for extra bedding we can accommodation up to 26 guests.

Located opposite Seawinds Park, we are within walking distance to The Enchanted Maze, Arthurs Seat Lookout and Arthurs Hotel. Just a short drive to vineyards, golf courses, art galleries, restaurants and markets.

Both Bay and Ocean beaches are an easy drive.
