The lounge room with a cosy wood fire heater also has TV/DVD/CD whilst the reading room has guest mini-bar & tea/coffee making. Relax on the veranda or in the lounge and enjoy afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks depending on your time of arrival and preference.

Explore the garden with the magnificent chestnut and oak trees as well as the Magnolias for which the house was named. A fully cooked breakfast of your choice is served in the dining room or more informally on the veranda in warmer months.

Your hosts Jenny and Ian can make bookings, provide courtesy transport to any of the local restaurants or help make an occasion special by organising champagne, chocolates, massages etc. Gift vouchers are also available.

50% deposit required to confirm booking at time of reservation by quoting credit card details, sending money order or bank cheque. Cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date are fully transferable or refundable less 20% administration fee. Forfeiture of deposit for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date and for non-arrival. All bookings made through a booking service, deposit non-refundable if cancelled under any circumstances.
