This restaurant is a lovely addition to the Ten Minutes by Tractor winery on the Mornington Peninsula. Using as much local produce as possible, not to mention sourcing herbs and vegetables from the kitchen's own garden, the meals here are great for matching with a few of your favourite wines - and not just your favourite Ten Minutes by Tractor wines. The recipient of the 2008 Gourmet Traveller award for wine list of the year, they are straying from the winery restaurant norm, providing an extensive international wine list with more than 400 varieties to choose from.
