Styled as an old English pub, the Pig and Whistle is charmingly evocative of old world rural taverns, with a wealth of miscellaneous knick-knacks lining the walls, Tetley's on tap and hearty country fare. Diners can plant their pint on one of the beer garden tables, or next to the fireplace in winter (the former space featuring very un-English views of Port Phillip Bay), and tuck into bangers and mash, pork pie or a ploughman's lunch. The Pig and Whistle also brew their own beer, such as the preservative-free Big Pig Amber Ale.
