It is situated in a 10-acre "Land for Wildlife" block with pristine native woodlands, a wetland area and an abundance of wildlife and native flora. It is surrounded on three sides by two nature reserves and on the fourth side by rolling rural countryside.

The timber-panelled cottage comprises a large living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a breakfast room with a wide range of cooking facilities.

Kangaroo’s and many native birds visit on a regular basis, and there are abundant native orchids in season. Wallabies, koalas and echidnas are seen less frequently.  Nestled among a delightful combination of a cottage garden and native flora, this is a perfect retreat for nature lovers, or a base for visiting the Mornington Peninsula's amazing variety of eco-attractions.
