Set in a mature working vineyard overlooking the Tuscan-style gardens, lake and ancient angophora trees, this restaurant has more than its fair share of romantic ambience. In the kitchen, chef James Redfern serves up a menu of modern regional dishes, which changes regularly to take advantage of seasonal produce, including local fish and game. While you're there, a trip to the cellar door is a must, where you can sample the estate's wines, including one of Victoria's only cold-climate Gewurztraminers.
