    Mildura is located on the edge of the Australian outback, but is relatively easy to reach from Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. Quality highways make it easily accessible by car from Melbourne via three main roads – the Sunraysia Highway via Ballarat, the Calder Highway via Bendigo and the Murray Valley Highway via Bridgewater. From Sydney and Adelaide Mildura is accessible via the Sturt Highway. Before you set out grab a map and plan to explore local towns along the way.
