The playful decor is easily the stand-out feature of Kaledio, with the translucent surface of the bar revealing a kaleidoscope of colours hidden underneath. An array or mirrors, glossy surfaces and stunning city views make this hot spot a feast for the eyes.

Your tastebuds won't be left out of the party, as Kaleido's wine list is an impressive tome. With 20 wines available by the glass and dozens more by the bottle, the wine list has a great range of both new and old-world varieties. The cocktails feature modern twists on favoured classics, including the Vanilla Martini or a Mexopolitan. For something indulgent try the Rum Cannonball, made with Pappagayo organic rum, aged Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and a maraschino cherry.

DJs fill the dance floor with pulsing R&B rhythms, hip-hop beats and dancehall groove from 10pm on Weds, Thurs, Fri and Sat. If you're hungry, you can start downstairs with some Asian-infused mod-Oz cuisine.
