Minnies Bed and Breakfast

Ideally situated along the ‘Sydney to Melbourne Coastal Drive’ Minnies is a perfect place to stop and relax.

Experience the splendour of Ninety Mile Beach, enjoy a 15 km amble along our Wetlands and River Heritage Trail, visit the Art Gallery or simply enjoy one of our many local restaurants (some of which feature regional produce and Victorian wines).

Minnies is a self-contained house comprising of 2 bedrooms (with ensuites) and a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Breakfast provisions are supplied .  A spacious deck allows unsurpassed views to the Victorian mountains. Each bedroom has been decorated to reflect a totally different theme. The Rose Room is traditional, elegant and romantic. The Green Room is modern and vivacious.  

Both rooms boast a flat screen TV mounted high on the wall that play DVDs and CDs (from our extensive music library), soundproofing, internet access, work-desk, ironing board/iron and plenty of storage for those people who need to spend more than a few days in Sale. 

Bedrooms have  large glass windows and doors that face north allowing views of our farm and  mountains. A large deck can be accessed through these doors. Pots of bamboo provide a natural privacy screen for guests wanting to sit quietly on their deck and soak up the views.  

Our decor is a fusion of design styles from around the globe, from the ultra-hip look of present day Palm Springs to the timeless beauty of classical France. Drawing from her Hot Art Design label Minnies owner Mandy Rowe, has transformed a range of hand-painted fabrics into upholstered headboards, bed-throws, lamps, cushions, chairs and lounges, creating a totally unique look in tourist accommodation.
