Tocumwal Tourist Park (formerly Tocumwal Caravan Park) is the closest park to town - just walk out our back gate and you are only a minute from the shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and many other attractions of our friendly town, including the majestic Murray River. So convenient!

Travelling through? Make us your first stop out of Melbourne and your last stop on the way home - we are a handy 2½ hours from Tullamarine.

The fishing here is great! Ask the locals for the best bait for catching yellow belly, Murray crays or Murray cod. And try the waterholes and channels for yabbies.

Cool off at one of the 23 sandy beaches in the area, enjoy great water-skiing, or stroll along the shady banks of the river. The river red gums and other native trees are home to abundant bird and animal life, such as koalas, kangaroos, corellas, galahs, kookaburras, cockatoos and many more.

Then there's the bowling club, golf club, museums, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, antiques and collectibles, crafts, gliding, ultralights, scenic flights, the Big Strawberry, markets......
