Fashion Incubator

MDFI is one huge creative outlet. The Incubator puts 25 up-and-coming designers into a retail context, giving them valuable access to consumer feedback. Ranges encompass everything from athletic gear and evening gowns to lampshades and jewellery. Also, numerous makers work on site, making it possible to speak to the designer directly. Their flexibility is such that many items are available made-to-measure. A non-profit initiative of Melbourne Central, MDFI helps give emerging designers the skills to succeed as well as the space – so collect some highly accomplished threads while nurturing our fashion future.
