Foxeys Hangout Wine Company

Foxeys Hangout offers visitors the rare and exciting opportunity to personally take part in the final steps of making classic sparkling wine. Learn about the champagne method, see a bottle “disgorged”, corked and foiled and create your own customised bottle of bubbly to take home.

Dryer? Sweeter? Pinker? It’s up to you to create the blend that’s perfect for your palate, using a Foxeys base wine made from the traditional grape varieties used in France’s Champagne region.

Sessions are conducted personally by sparkling winemaker and Foxeys co-owner Michael Lee at noon on Saturdays and Sundays. These are intimate sessions and bookings are requested for groups of 4 or more.
