ATDW

Now when you sign-up or edit your visitvictoria.com listing, you can sign-up to have the information in your listing included with the ATDW for free. Providing you have filled in the mandatory fields listed below, signing up to the ATDW is as simple as ticking a box!

1. Log into your visitvictoria.com listing using your username and password.
2. Click on edit or resume sign-up in the left-hand navigation.
3. Click ‘I Agree’ at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions screen
4. On the Listing Options screen, tick the box beside ATDW standard listing and click ‘Next’
5. If you are sure that you have addressed the mandatory ATDW requirements listed below, please click Submit in the left-hand navigation. You have now signed up for the ATDW.

Tourism Australia obtains all australia.com business listings for Victorian tourism operators from the ATDW. To remain with the ATDW, you must maintain a current visitvictoria.com listing (as this is where the Victorian ATDW information is sourced from).

Remember that all information entered into visitvictoria.com must be copyright free (this includes all photographs loaded into your listing).

Mandatory Fields
In addition to the mandatory fields required by visitvictoria.com, please ensure that you complete the following couple of fields in your listing to ensure your information is not delayed in going onto the ATDW.

1. Main Photos – you must load at least one main photo into your visitvictoria.com listing. The main photo must be formatted to the new size specifications or it may not be included with your ATDW listing.
2. Pricing Information – you must enter at least one price range.
3. Facilities and Activities – you must select at least one facility from the Facilities area on this screen
4. Admin Options - you must select at least one or more each from Market Segments and Commission Information. If you do not make at least one selection from each of these areas, your listing may not be distributed from the ATDW.

You may notice a delay between signing up for the ATDW and appearing on the ATDW’s website ready for distribution. Tourism Victoria are working to ensure that in the future the transfer of information from visitvictoria.com to the ATDW happens each business day.
