| At the laidback residential end of Commercial Road, The Hotel Max has the bare brick exterior of a funked-up pub and the interior of a charming French-themed restaurant. Enjoy classically inspired French cuisine served with a personal touch by husband-and-wife owners and chefs Brendon Mitchell and Katie Krauss-Mitchell, amid framed rococo-style paintings and subtle opera music.
