| This restaurant offers casual dining within an authentic century-old boatshed. The entire space is drenched in history, with the restaurant's bar being an old sea-trading vessel that sank off the coast of Tasmania, and was later raised from Bass Strait and restored. Chefs Shane Collins and Mathew Hawker have created a fresh and modern international-inspired menu, which includes a selection of gourmet wood fired pizzas.
