The 180 acre property includes two swamps, coastal hills, valleys and flats which are being restored back to nature by planting of thousands of native trees and shrubs.

Two permanent waterholes have been dug for the use of native animals and as proud members of  “Land for Wildlife” all native creatures are protected.

Kilometres of walking trails allow guests to experience this country retreat with ocean views from the hilltops, kangaroos, echidnas, turtles, bats etc and beautiful native birds abounding.
 
Enjoy tranquil surroundings and privacy – a place to relax, listen to the ocean, and breathe fresh, unpolluted, sea air – yet just a short distance from Nelson with all it’s attractions.
 
Nelson is located in the SW corner of Victoria  on the mouth of the Glenelg River on the last stretch of the Great Ocean Road  and is halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide – share a holiday with friends/families from both cities.

Surf and estuary beaches, fishing, canoe and boat hire, river cruises to Princess Margaret Rose Caves, and two magnificent National Parks are nearby.
