Cancellation / Booking Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the deposit unless the property can be re let with a confirmed booking for the same period once the Manager, Cottage on Elgin has received payment for a confirmed booking for the same period. It will be then that the 50% deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. 2. Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. 3. Cancellations 7 days or less, prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit plus a $100 administrative fee.
