On the upper level at the front of the residence, the living area has full length windows opening onto a large balcony with outdoor setting.

The townhouse is furnished throughout with beautiful, modern furniture, complemented by a neutral colour scheme.  Underfoot is a combination of polished floorboards, carpet and tiles.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, television, walk-in robe and ensuite.  The open plan lounge/dining area features comfortable couches, a 42" plasma television with DVD player, a telescope and modern dining with seating for six. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances including large fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. 

The second bedroom is on ground level and features two single beds and a trundle.  A separate retreat contains a sofa that folds out into a comfortable double bed. 

Both rooms have ample cupboard space and access to the outdoor courtyard at the rear of the property. A hide away laundry features a washing machine and dryer and there is a second bathroom downstairs. Luxurious linen and doonas provide the finishing touches.

A remote control garage provides secure and convenient parking.
