As former employees of the renowned Harvey's, the couple has now opened up a restaurant of their own, Lord Cardigans. Singer serves up dishes that are distinctly Australian with touches of Asian and European influences. The '70s-style wallpaper and walnut furniture maintain Lord Cardigans' homely atmosphere, which is paying off with a growing clientele of regulars.
