Explore national parks and reserves of stark and barren beauty, play a round of golf on courses lined with red gums, drive through fruit and vine plantations or past fascinating historical buildings and sites.

If you have the time to roam beyond the region, consider following the Sydney Melbourne Heritage Drive, which will take you to Victoria’s historic Goldfields and on to Melbourne, or along the Murray to Albury Wodonga before heading to Sydney via Canberra.
