Helena at Parnassus Vineyard

Perched on the brow of Camp Hill "Helena at Parnassus" vineyard enjoys a stupendous vista stretching across West Gippsland to Mount Baw Baw, a mere one hours drive from Melbourne.

The grounds of Parnassus Vineyard are appealing by day or night, with a breathtaking outlook by day, and the paths aglow by night while in the distance ,tiny lights flicker from neighbouring country towns.

On balmy evenings there is nothing more pleasing than a glass of sparkling wine and delicious savouries on the terrace while watching day fade into night. On winter nights the glow of the open fire is always enchanting.

As the sun streams through the north facing windows enjoy a casual meal or a fine dining experience in the high ceilinged dining room. Chef Helena Szedow together with Maitre d' Val have delighted patrons for 28 years with their eclectic menu. 

Simple dishes, such as seared scallops with tossed greens, braised lamb shanks with creamy potato mash or farmed rabbit in white wine and mustard sauce are expertly prepared and executed by the dedicated staff.

The wine list mixes the vineyards award winning produce with offerings from further afield. As a getaway ,Helena at Parnassus vineyard, offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a picture perfect setting. Each room has private facilities and full length north facing windows to allow guests to embrace the spectacular views.Accommodation is available seven days a week.
