Wattletree Cottage is a five-bedroom retreat nestled in the beautiful township of Warburton. The house is fully self-contained and offers cathedral ceilings, large open family/kitchen/lounge area with wood heater and many large windows. There are a number of antique furnishings for guest to enjoy and lovely views from the front and rear balconies.

2 night’s minimum for weekends or one night is charged at Max 12 person adult rate and small cleaning fee.

Long weekends: Preference is giving to 3 night booking or max stay of 12 people for 2 nights.

School holidays prefernce is given to 3 night stays or more and larger groups. Deposit 50% to confirm booking Final payment 14 days prior non peak and 21 day prior peak Bookings cancelled prior to 14 days, fully refundable, less 20% administration fee Minimum fee applies on weekends. Cancelled less than 14 days will incur a one night minimum fee Peak Season; bookings cancelled less than 21 days would incur a one night minimum booking fee.
