Cancellation / Booking Policy
DEPOSITS: A deposit of one or three night’s tariff per unit per week or part of week is required to secure a booking. CANCELLATIONS: For bookings in School Holidays, Long Weekends and Local Festivals - deposits will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $50 if 60 days notice of cancellation is given. At other times the period of notice for cancellation refund is 30 days. For multiple unit bookings or bookings of more than a week, deposits for each unit or week are not transferable to other units or weeks in event of cancellation within the stated period. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: Balance of tariff is payable on arrival and is non refundable.
