Cancellation / Booking Policy
Please note that during Phillip Island special events & Christmas holiday periods any cancellation made 90 days prior to arrival is fully transferable and valid for 12 months. For long weekends & other school holiday periods a 30 day period applies. For all other bookings a 48 hour notice period applies for cancellations and transfers. All transfers must be taken in a similar time period the next year and at a mutually agreeable time within that 12 months. For any cancellations less than the periods stated above a refund will only be given if the entire booking is relet. The first nights tariff will be used as a cancellation fee for stays longer than 1 night or 50% of tariff for a single night booking. Non arrival on the first night automatically cancels the entire booking & forfeits any refund. Once a stay has commenced no refund will be given for early departure
