This laidback dining space is enhanced by the addition of elegant white napkins and leather dining chairs. Contemporary Australian dishes, such as pan-seared salmon on a bed of risotto, house-made fettuccine in a chicken, leak and cream sauce; or grilled quail supported by a mix of chestnut, cabbage and mushrooms feature on Riviera's menu.
