It's not often the gastronomic spotlight shines on Geelong - particularly given the wealth of good eating in Melbourne - but Riveria's star shines bright. This laidback dining space is enhanced by the addition of elegant white napkins and leather dining chairs. Contemporary Australian dishes, such as pan-seared salmon on a bed of risotto, house-made fettuccine in a chicken, leak and cream sauce; or grilled quail supported by a mix of chestnut, cabbage and mushrooms feature on Riviera's menu.
