| Smartly presented staff serve traditional Chinese food in the ambient surroundings. All the old favourites are here and are sure to be enjoyed. Looks are unassuming but the food is excellent at the Tea House. Don't order from the menu, ask what the kitchen special is. It could be steamed abalone, a platter of cold marinated jellyfish or clay pot-cooked kid goat. Be guided and try something you've never eaten before. Chef: Sum Cheung and Kam Chen |
