*Where a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the booked arrival date, a refund less $50 cancellation fee will be made. *Where a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the booked arrival date, a refund less a 50% cancellation fee will be made only at management discretion. *Where a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the booked arrival date , no refund will be made. *Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any reservation at its discretion.
