Two cots and two highchairs are provided. Beds have electric blankets, doonas, blankets and pillows. Linen is available for an extra charge if requested. The lounge/dining area is spacious and heated by both gas and wood heaters. It contains books, board games, a radio and a pianola. A large wired-in recreation room containing a table tennis table, toys and cane furniture makes an excellent play and outdoor eating area. Hazelwood Cottage is equipped and designed to provide holiday accommodation for people with disabilities. It provides some aids, including a hoist. Two of its four bathrooms and kitchen are purpose built for people with disabilities. There are three adjustable beds. The scenic township of Warburton set on the Yarra River is seven kilometres away.
