| Few Melbourne wine lists can rival France-Soir's. Owner and sommelier Jean-Paul Prunetti has more than 1500 different European and Australian wines on offer. Then there's the food, which is about as French as you can get. Garlic escargot, salmon gravlax, bifstek, pommes frites and creme brulee - all par excellence.
