Visit Victoria.
You'll love every piece of Victoria

Four day plus touring

Great Ocean Road

Victoria is Australia's second smallest state but it offers a vast range of experiences. After all, good things always come in small packages. Taking the time for a longer tour will allow a more in depth exploration of Victoria's little gems.

You can either drive yourself or join a tour group. Guided tours always offer a personal narration, which adds to the travel experience. If you don't like travelling in groups, there are also personal guided tours.

The High Country is renowned for its excellent hiking trails and wide range of alpine sports. The Great Alpine Road boasts fine wineries, local cheeses and plenty of bushranger history. In summer you can walk, ride or even cycle parts of the route. In winter, pack your skis and toboggans.

The two coastal drives wind along the untamed beaches of the Great Ocean Road and allow for regular stops near quiet inland waterways and rivers.

History buffs will enjoy the Goldfields Tour, a journey through Victoria’s rich goldmining past.

If you want deserts and Australia’s greatest river all in one then head off on a tour of the Murray – twisting from the red deserts in the northwest all the way to mountain country. In between, take a paddle steamer, stop at a national park to see ancient Aboriginal art, or enjoy a few days lazing on the riverbanks.
