This magnificent home is a perfect property for all seasons. In summer you can enjoy the solar heated swimming pool, al fresco dining on a choice of two decks or just relax and read a book on the shady front veranda or enjoy a picnic in the spacious gardens.

In winter, curl up in front of the fire in the sun filled living room on comfy sofas for 10. Enjoy the flat screen television with DVDs, board games, books, magazines, music supplied on the Ipod dock, or enjoy a game of billiards.

For dining, the stunning French 18th century antique dining table with seating for 10 is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. A barbecue is also provided on one of the decks.

The property has five stylishly appointed bedrooms. Each room can be configured with a king size bed or two long singles. Each bedroom has beautiful linen and upholstered bed heads. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a full size bath and separate shower. The remaining four bedrooms are serviced by a further two bathrooms.

Please note that although this property is single story there are stairs between adjoining rooms. Guests with young children or with restricted mobility should be aware of this.

Cancellation and booking policy

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing. Deposit of 50 per cent non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full seven days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. To maintain a good standard for future guests Casa Adagio require certain conditions to be complied with. They appreciate most will respect the property but the occasional abuse requires the following conditions. Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs et cetera. Use contrary to this, may result in loss of your bond and possible additional payments. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared et cetera. Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner. Please note, the owners takes no responsibility for the tenant's personal property. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing, so please contact if you have any questions or would like further information.
