A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of check in time, will incure a 100% forfeit for the first night of stay.

Local directions

From the Tullamarine Airport follow the Tullamarine Freeway until you get to the Western Ring Road exit for Ballarat and Melton. Follow the Western Ring Road all the way to the Western Freeway exit (stay in the left lane to turn left at the exit). Exit the Western Ring Road on to the Western Freeway (also called Ballarat Road). Follow the Western Freeway for approximately 50 minutes. Take the Ballan - Daylesford exit that is AFTER the BP Service Centre. Do not take the Ballan turnoff before the service centre! Follow the road signs to Daylesford and pass through the Daylesford town centre. The road changes name to Main Road. Continue down Main Road for about 3 kilometres - Bellinzona is on the right-hand side of the road in Hepburn Springs.
