Wallaston Wines - Cellar Door is a boutique winery in the Macedon Ranges region of Victoria. It is located in Aperitivo Food and Wine Bar in Kyneton.

Wallaston Wines - Cellar Door is named after the owner and winemaker, Ron Wallas. He first went into the wine business, when he purchased a half share in two tons of Shiraz grapes, which created the label Wallaston wines in 2006.

Since then, the label has expanded to include seven different varietals, one of which is their flagship wine, called Sassy. It is a dark, fruit-and-vanilla oak Syrah with a eucalyptus nose. This is just one of the wines that Wallaston Wines - Cellar Door offers.
