Join the Diggers team for our annual Autumn Festival weekend at the Garden of St Erth. Join a free workshop or garden tour or book into the Growing Heirloom Apples masterclass. Enjoy tastings of locally produced biodynamic ciders and wines from Bress - the James Halliday 'five Red Star' rated winery - and snap up a bargain with their festival special offer. Free Garden Workshops on Saturday and Sunday, no booking required:- 11.00am Introduce structure, texture and form to your perennial borders.- 12.30pm Growing garlic- 2.30pm Companion Planting and Crop RotationMasterclass (Booking required) - Sunday 11am to 3pmGrowing Heirloom Apples with Pete The Permie from Telopea Mountain Permaculture. Topics will include pruning & maintenance, espaliering and selection - including recommended dwarf varieties. Includes light lunch and a glass of local cider or wine. Free Garden Tours - Learn about the history of St Erth and its beautiful garden by taking part in a free garden tour with our expert gardeners. Tours run at 1pm and 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.Free children's activities with the Moth Fairy on Sunday only from 11am to 3pm.
