A rare opportunity to visit Paul Bangay's Stonefields, one of Australia's most beautiful country gardens. All proceeds support the not-for-profit Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation.Spend the day exploring Paul's seven acres of garden, boasting terraced parterres, white garden, blue perennial entrance borders, apple walk, circular woodland garden, walled rose garden, rear terrace with sweeping country views, twin pool lawns and an established vegetable garden. Plus Annie Smithers' scones, coffee, and plants from leading industry wholesaler Smith & Gordon Nursery will be available. A selection of books by Paul Bangay and Stephanie Alexander will be available to purchase at Stonefields, personally signed by the authors. Tickets are $20, entry for children 12 years and under is free. Tickets are available online or from the gate on the day (cash and credit card only - no EFTPOS). Gold coin donation to Landcare for car parking. All pre-purchased tickets go in the running to win a collection of signed books by Paul Bangay and Stephanie Alexander.Make a weekend of it! Stuart Rattle's Musk Farm, just 20minutes drive from Stonefields, will be open on the same weekend. Please note if you wish to visit both gardens you will need to purchase separate tickets for each garden.
