Blithe Spirit is a spacious, accessible waterfront accommodation venue, purpose built for travellers and holiday makers that are both fully mobile or have limited mobility. They welcome singles, couples and groups to stay with them in this beautiful part of Gippsland. Situated on the harbour in historic Port Albert this splendid two storey guest house welcomes you to stay and enjoy the spectacular part of Gippsland.Often singles travelling on their own have trouble finding an accommodation venue that suits so they have made special provision for them at a reduced tariff.Blithe Spirit has sunny verandas and decks on two levels for guests to enjoy the magnificent views. They provide a choice of three bedrooms and three bathrooms all on the ground floor. A ramp from the guest car park to your self contained well appointed private very spacious bedrooms, wheelchair accessible bathrooms,comfortable lounge, kitchen and laundry. All the comfortable guest rooms have water views from every direction. A lift to the first floor deck, veranda, sunroom and lounge offers even more expansive views to Wilsons Promontory in the west, a magnificent back drop for the sunsets as they are perfectly situated right on the Port Albert harbour and surrounded by the Nooramunga Marine Park.Take a walk around the historic village, visit the maritime museum or drop into one of the fabulous eateries, there is plenty to see and do even before you venture further exploring the surrounding area in your car.Your hosts Wynne and Carol have extensive knowledge of what this area has to offer and are on hand to answer any questions or offer any assistance that may be required. Wynne's family has lived and worked in Port Albert for 170 years and the village has seen seven generations of his family grow up here.
