Ocean Bridge Quality Units is just a short walk to the footbridge and beaches of the Ninety Mile Beach and close to Gippsland Lakes. There is fishing at the nearby rivers, lakes or beach and hire boats and paddle boats are available for use in the Front Lake. Kite Flying on the foreshore, mini golf, visit the floating restaurants or Shell Museum. There is always plenty to do within easy walking distance.

Ocean Bridge Quality Units is centrally located, just a short walk to the footbridge, beaches of the Ninety Mile Beach, shops, restaurants, cinemas and sporting facilities. Located one kilometre east of the Post Office, one street north of the Esplanade and directly opposite the Police Station and V-Line Bus Stop.

There are ten fully self-contained units, which all overlook the solar-heated pool and undercover barbecue area. The units are either one or two bedrooms. Maximum six persons can be accommodated. There is ample room for car and boat parking.
